Mixed experience. Cleanliness and service issues

basic cleanliness rude receptionist

the location was good. the beautiful plus room provided enough space for our family with a baby.

I found the lack of basic cleanliness very disappointing. there was dust gathering in the corners. the receptionist was quite rude when i mentioned the room's condition. I was like an inconvenience.

central location convenient location helpful staff excellent bedding disruptive sound smaller room price issue

the hotel had a very central location. it was convenient to get to many places from there. the staff were friendly and helpful . the bedding was excellent..

i experienced some sound from other rooms. this was a bit disruptive at times. i was moved to a smaller room afterwards. i still paid the same price though, disappointing.

central location efficient layout convenient restaurant

The location was central to many attractions! I easily walked to museums and shops. The room size was good, and the layout was efficient. I liked that the hotel offered a restaurant. Breakfast there was convenient.

The minibar prices were not clearly marked!

Wonderful Room and Good Location

comfy bed underfloor heating

I found the sofa area nice with the tv and the large comfy bed. The room was looked super fresh and I appreciated the underfloor heating in the toilet and sink area. Shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion are provided. I used the coffee bean machine, it made a great coffee.

I noticed sound from other rooms. The noise made it difficult to relax completely. I recommend they improve soundproofing.
